A Sterling Silver Chain with a charm collector clasp allows you to add pendants and charms as you like.
The charm clasp slides easily on/off the chain so the charms and clasp can be left as is.

The chain fastens with small spring ring clasp at the back of the necklace. this is a standard small size clasp and could be tricky to fasten for those with dexterity challenges.
