I highly recommend Sarah Taylor Designs. I wanted to replace a mariner-chain necklace that I lost. While the chain in the photo on the site looks similar to the one I lost, after exchanging emails with Sarah and closely examining the picture on the site, I could tell it was not the same. Although I was looking for a heavier chain, I still ordered the 20" necklace, and when it arrived, it was exactly what I expected from the photo. Even though it is not exactly what I was looking for, the necklace is beautiful and of excellent quality. Sarah was wonderfully patient and helpful, answering all my questions about the necklace when I was trying to determine how close it was to my original necklace. Although I intend to continue looking for a closer replacement for my original necklace, I will definitely order other pieces from Sarah.
